A few weeks ago we announced that the EUDXF will support the November 2025 DXpeditions by Stan LZ1GC to Chatham Island ZL7 and Lord Howe Island VK9L. Unfortunately Stan had to reschedule his plans.
Due to circumstances and reasons beyond his control he had to cancel the expedition to Lord Howe Island (VK9L). Stan will now be active from Vanuatu as YJ0GC between 23 November and 5 December 2025.
Stan LZ1GC is wellknown for his previous travels to this part of the world where he activated various countries like E51SGC & A35GC and FW8GC in 2024, and before as C21GC, 3D2GC & 3D2GC/P, T2GC, H40GC, H44GC ,5W0GC, YJ0GC, T30GC, E6AM to name a few, mostly as a one-man DXpedition team.
First stop in November is Chatham Island ZL7/LZ1GC starting November 3rd.
Second stop will be Vanuatu YJ0GC with a planned start on November 23rd.
Activity is planned on 160-10m; CW, SSB, FT8/FT4 & RTTY.
We know Stan as an avid CW operator so focus is to be expected in this classic mode.
