The EUDXF is grateful for the financial support we received this week from the CTDXCC Central Texas DX and Contest Club. Their donation provides us with additional possibilities to support DXpeditions and other DX related projects. The Central Texas DX and Contest Club has about 150 members worldwide and locally have about 40 members who attend meetings regularly.  The members consist of some of the best DX’ers and Contesters in the World.  The website lists all members and for sure you will recognize a number of them.  The CTDXCC website is: www.ctdxcc.org. 2019 EUDXF Activity Month Wrap-up

The November 2019 EUDXF activity month was indeed an activity month with clear presence of the EUDXF on all bands and modes.The special 33EUDXF stations from France, Hungary, Norway, Germany and the Netherlands together made 34343 QSOs. The special 33EUDXF award has been requested 239 by 143 different stations. Again a growth in interest in this special award. So we can safely state that the 2019 EUDXF Activity Month was a great success.

EUDXF supports the TI9A DXpedition to Cocos Island

From February 2nd until February Feb 7th, a group of four operators will be active from Cocos Island, using the callsign TI9A. The QTH will be Chatham Bay, which is the only suitable location for Europe.The license is confirmed and they have all necessary permits from Parque Nacional Isla de Coco, to land and stay on Cocos Island during the above mentioned period. They will travel with the vessel Okeanos Aggressor which will depart Punta Arenas, Costa Rica, on January 30th (PM) and expect to reach Cocos Island 35-40 hours later, depending on sea conditions. Dear Friends, I joined for this activity on first word. The first days the pile-up rised up quickly and was very enjoyable.Days later I needed to use the Dx Clusters to get more callers. New age…L I was very busy with my work so the daylight operation was very limited for me. My QSOs were made mostly on 80 and 40 m bands at early morning and evening time.
