The activity of the 39EUDXF stations continues to be strong.
Yes, there are a number of stations that can be heard and worked daily, and there are also those who make the hunt for the Gold or Platinum Award a challenge.
Tom VI39EUDXF advised that he plans to be on 40m SSB between 19 and 20 UTC, around 7.170 MHz. He already was able to make several contacts with EU stations.
The total QSO number is rapidly approaching 30.000 and we still have 2 weeks to go in the 2025 39EUDXF Activity Month.
The popularity of the 39EUDXF Award remains BIG.
More than 50 award applications have already been received, including several Gold & Platinum awards and the new “single band / single mode” option is clearly populair.
For your convenience, here are the rules for the 39EUDXF Award:
The award will be available in 4 different classes:
- Bronze: 10 QSOs with at least 6 different 39EUDXF stations from 4 countries
- Silver: 20 QSOs with at least 8 stations from 5 countries
- Gold: 30 QSOs with at least 10 stations from 6 countries
- Platinum: 40 QSOs with at least 13 different 39EUDXF stations

The same station on the same band in the same mode will count one time only. (NO dupes)
- Special awards will be made available for single band and/or single mode applications upon request.
- The award is also available for SWL stations.
Please make sure to have both callsigns in your log. - The award will be available for free in an digital format.
- A printed award will be made available against cost of 10 Euro/Dollar.
How to obtain this unique award:
- Applications for this unique award may be send to award@eudxf.eu.
- Your application must include a log extract showing which award is applied for and a summary of the claimed qso’s for this award.
- Please mention what award you are applying for in the subject line of your email!
EG. “Bronze” – “Gold” – “Gold CW” – “Platinum Digi” etc. - Applications should be received by 31 December 2025.
- You will always receive an acknowledgement of receipt.
- If you do not have received an acknowledgement please contact Alex PA1AW.
- Applications received after 31 December 2025 will no longer be processed.
